1. Definitions and Scope

In this Terms & Conditions document, "o3309", "we", "platform" and "operator" refer to the company that owns and operates the o3309.net website and all services offered through it. "User", "you", "member" and "player" refer to any individual who registers or uses the o3309 platform for any purpose.

"Services" covers all online gambling products available on the platform, including online slots, live casino, sports betting, esports betting, 4D lottery, and any other features, content or functions provided by o3309.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a valid and binding agreement between the user and o3309. 2. Account Eligibility and Registration

Registration and use of the o3309 platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

This process may include submitting a copy of your identity card (MyKad), proof of address, or other relevant information. Failure to comply with a verification request within the specified period may result in temporary account suspension.

3. Use of Services

Users agree to use the o3309 platform solely for legitimate personal entertainment purposes. All gambling activity on this platform must be conducted honestly and responsibly. The use of any automated software, bots, scripts or other methods to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.

Users are not permitted to engage in any form of fraud, money laundering, or activity that is harmful to the platform or other users. 4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

o3309 supports a range of payment methods for Malaysian users, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrencies such as USDT, BTC and ETH.

The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction, regardless of the payment method chosen. Users are required to deposit funds from legitimate sources and in their own name only. Third-party deposits are not accepted and may result in account suspension.

For withdrawals, the minimum amount is RM50 per transaction. The standard withdrawal processing time is between 10 and 45 minutes after the request is approved. Actual processing time may vary depending on the payment method chosen and any verification requirements that may apply.

• Withdrawals can only be processed to the same account or payment method used for the deposit, for security and compliance purposes
• o3309 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits
• Any taxes or charges imposed by payment providers are the sole responsibility of the user
• o3309 is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party payment service providers

All financial transactions are processed using secure encryption technology. o3309 does not store users' credit or debit card information directly on our servers.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

o3309 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible members, subject to the conditions stated for each offer. The welcome bonus offered is a 100% bonus on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM300.

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount received before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn. Calculation examples:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM100 → Balance RM200 → Wagering requirement: RM100 × 20 = RM2,000 to be wagered
• Deposit RM800 → Bonus RM300 → Balance RM1,100 → Wagering requirement: RM300 × 20 = RM6,000 to be wagered

o3309 reserves the right to cancel bonuses and related winnings if:

• A user is found to be abusing the bonus system or engaging in low-risk betting activity intended to meet wagering requirements in an improper manner
• A user violates any specific terms related to that promotion
• The user's account is involved in fraudulent or suspicious activity during the promotional period

6. Copyright and Intellectual Property

All content on the o3309 platform, including website design, graphics, text, icons, logos, game software, source code, trade names and brands, is the exclusive property of o3309 or the parties that license it to us, and is protected by applicable international copyright laws.

Users are not permitted to reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, publicly display, sell or exploit any content on this platform for any commercial purpose without prior written permission from o3309.

Use of o3309's logo, brand or name in any context without explicit written permission is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

7. Account Suspension and Closure

o3309 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account, with or without prior notice, in the following cases:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions
• Suspicion or detection of fraudulent activity, money laundering or unauthorised transactions
• Provision of false or inaccurate registration information
• Failure to comply with identity verification (KYC) requests
• Requests from regulatory authorities or law enforcement
• Abusive or threatening behaviour towards customer support staff

Users may also request closure of their own account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Any legitimate funds remaining in the account at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal once all required security checks have been completed.

8. Limitation of Liability

The o3309 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. o3309 makes no warranties, express or implied, that the platform will always be free from technical disruptions, errors or unavailability.

o3309 will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to losses resulting from technical disruptions, transaction processing errors by third parties, or loss of funds due to unfavourable betting outcomes.
